  Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. I provided details of the measurements of the cushions for a large window seated area (over 3 metres). The cushions supplied are not to the measurements and as a result do not fit. Their response has been one to maintain the cushions measurements are correct. Their invoice clearly states the cushions are larger than ordered. Yet the answer to that is the fabric cover should be on so tight that it reduces the foam size. Well fact is the fabric is not tight but loose and it makes the cushions even larger. Rather than offering to send someone out to measure the cushions and verify no error has been made. The only solution they offer is for me to to return them by post (each almost the length of a mattress). Whats more they reply by saying it unlikely there is any error and we will have to then pay for them to be returned as well.
  I couldn't be more disappointed.
